We invite science and general education vendors and supporters to work with us to share innovative professional development, instructional materials and supplies and related opportunities aimed at excellence in teaching around our conference theme to Change the Climate of Education.

Exhibit setup begins at  7:00 am Friday, April 19th. 

Exhibits will be open Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.


Commercial and Non-Commercial Exhibit fees include: 

  •  2 representative registrations including Friday continental breakfast and luncheon
  • Each exhibit booth includes one non-skirted 2'x6' table, two chairs, continental breakfast, two luncheon tickets, and the end of the day wine and cheese event.
  • Free WiFi and Free Parking

    If you wish to also conduct a workshop please complete the conference proposal form and you will notified regarding acceptance. Click HERE to submit a presentation proposal by March 15, 2024.

The first representative's registration is included within exhibitor registration. Please register up to one (1) additional guest (guest 1) for FREE for commercial and non-commercial exhibitors. 

Additional representatives or attendees over the allowed amount may register through the participant/attendee registration process.

All exhibitors and supporters are asked to provide raffle items. When requested, donors who provide materials or services with a retail value of $200 or more will be provided a 30 second announcement or commercial during the Friday afternoon raffle in the exhibit area. 

Unless other arrangements have been made, all registrations must be paid by the April 5th or your space may be assigned to another vendor. Cancellations after April 5th will result in a cancellation fee of one-half the registration fee.

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

 Changing the Climate of Education is the theme for this year’s Science in the South Conference.

Our conference goal is to support K-12 educators with content knowledge, educator growth, and student learning.

    • 9:00 am : Keystone speaker, Dr. Justin Schoof

    • 10:00 am: Sessions (1 & 2)

    • 12:00 pm: Lunch & Making the Most of your ISTA Membership

    • 1:00 pm Sessions (3, 4 & 5)

    • 4:00 pm: Wine/Beer & Cheese Reception and Giveaways!
